I need to remove my release from specific stores.

You can edit the stores or platforms a release is made available on by using the Takedown option on the Release summary page.

Select Takedown, and then select the desired store(s) or platform(s) you would like to remove the release from. Takedown requests must be made at least two (2) business days before expected live date.

If the store or platform is not available when you select Takedown, check the selected platforms on the Platforms and Territories page and ensure the platform is checked. This is make the platform available for selection when you choose Takedown. If you require additional assistance, submit a request to the Venice Support team.
