I want to submit a copyright infringement claim

If you are a copyright owner, or are approved to act on behalf of the copyright owner, of content distributed by Venice Music that is allegedly infringing, you may submit a DMCA Notice of Infringement and takedown request here.

Valid DMCA notice requests must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) infringed; the infringing activity (i.e. uncleared feature, sample, production); and the location of the infringing activity (typically by providing the URLs).

  2. Notifier contact information; Legal Name, Phone Number, Physical or Mailing Address and Email address.

  3. A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the intellectual property or copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  4. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the notifier is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the intellectual property or copyright owner.

  5. The signature of the copyright owner or owner’s agent, in physical or electronic form.

Submitting false infringement claims or claims not in good faith is unlawfully and under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for monetary damages.
